Elderberry syrup is made from the fruit of the European black elderberry shrub.

It has a robust, sweet yet tart, and slightly earthy taste to it. There is no refined sugar and only raw honey used to sweeten it. Elderberries have an immune boosting benefit, anti-viral effect, anti-inflammatory properties, and impact on cutting the duration of colds and flus.
