How do you consume bee pollen?

Bee pollen may be eaten by the teaspoon as a dietary supplement, 1-3 times daily, or enjoyed in a variety of meals. Many find this a delicious addition in protein shakes, fruit smoothies, or yogurt! It is also a lovely compliment to the honey you already have in your pantry, as well as in cereal, applesauce, or salads. Be creative! Our only recommendation is to avoid heating the pollen, as doing so will destroy many of the amazing nutrients it contains.
