Ingredients:
Chicken breast, thin or sliced horizontal
Italian dressing
Mini-Chibatta buns (usually found in the bakery section)
Provolone cheese
Marinara sauce
Circle A Lettuce Tropicana Lettuce leaves
Directions:
Marinade chicken for 1 hour or overnight in Italian dressing in refrigerator. Grill chicken until cooked through. Add Provolone cheese 1 minute before chicken is done to melt. Toast buns (optional). Spread marinara sauce on both sides of the bun. Place grilled, warm chicken on bottom bun and top with Tropicana. Enjoy!
