Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon, cooked
1 crisper Circle A Lettuce Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
croutons of your choosing
Directions:
Whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar & green onions. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle dressing over cut romaine leaves and toss to coat well. Top with bacon crumbles and tomatoes. Finish with croutons.
