After decades of medical research, our program facilitator will help you navigate the proper and the proven and most-up-to-date nutritional guidelines, inline with the top functional nutrition physicians across the country.  You’ll learn applicable technique based on the research of renowned physicians such as Peter Attia MD, Mark Hyman MD, Andrew Huberman MD, and Gary Brecka, Human Biologist.

Mainstream medicine has failed to make any meaningful progress against the prevention of “food-related” diseases. A quick prescription is given to “mask” the symptoms but the root-cause is not addressed. This is NOT health care – it is disease management, a multi-billion dollar annual industrial complex.  We must convert over to looking at and engaging in disease prevention & early detection. Think PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE.  At Circle A Farms, we’d like to be considered your local “Farm-acy”.  Your body is designed to heal itself (it really is) and we’re here to help you unlock that personal code.  It’s much easier than you may think, with the latest developments in functional nutrition. We are so excited and stand firmly on improving our communities health with our “Addition” method.  We won’t be focusing on “taking-away”, we’ll tackle first getting your body the nutrients it so craves.

Nutrition 2.0 class:   Foundational Nutrition Analysis, Daily Intake Recommendation, Disease Prevention Checklist review, the latest and proven techniques of a proper food intake for optimal nutrition/delay of disease.  Good for all ages.  Salad & Smoothie tasting.  Analysis of blood values and how to understand your current health status.  You will be sent a list of the blood panel items that would be helpful in your welcome packet.

Specific food combinations for disease prevention or maintenance, the role of supplementation in your daily intake and understanding risk factors of disease for early detection. A deep dive into what specifically can delay &/or prevent disease.

Classes will emphasize lifespan vs. health span – how long you live vs. how well you live. We all desire to live WELL.  Pick either a Wednesday or a Saturday to attend your classes. Don’t feel odd coming by yourself, there will be many single participants. (as in not-with-a-friend)

All classes will be held at our Farm Store, adjacent to our greenhouse.
