Our 100% certified extra virgin olive oils are sourced primarily from California, but also from South America and Europe depending upon seasonality and the success of each region’s crop every year. Flavored oils are all cold pressed and “fused” meaning the flavors (herbs, fruits, etc.) are crushed along with the olives before bottling for better taste, aroma and 100% pure oil.
Our Dark and White Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegars have no added ingredients – they are made from crushed grapes and grape must in the traditional style. No wonder they’re our two top sellers.
The flavored vinegars are crushed together with pure juice from the fruit, vegetable or herb. There are no added sugars or sweeteners – just pure goodness. As a reminder: You may order starting on Fridays at 8:00am and then up until 7:00am the day of your delivery. Whenever you place your order, it will automatically be assigned to the next time we deliver to your area, based on zip codes.
Due to our order processor performing a digital download, we will not be able to accept orders after 7:00am.
